	All parking is for the EAST GATE ONLY.  If your visitors are
	planning to arrive at the west gate, please inform them that
	their names will NOT be recorded there and  that  they  will
	NOT  be  given  permission to park.  They must enter through
	the East Gate.  Parking is available on a first come,  first
	serve basis i.e. whichever visitors * arrive * first will be
	given the available east gate spaces.  Once  the  east  gate
	spaces have been taken, visitors arriving later will be sent
	to the Hearst/Gayley Garage.  Please note that getting  east
	gate  spaces  has  nothing  to  do  with calling the parking
	reservations days in advance.  A cost of $7.00  per  vehicle
	will  be  charged  to your account for parking reservations.
	This charge is for the reservation so if your  visitor  does
	not  show  up  and you do not cancel the reservation you are
	STILL CHARGED.  If your visitor is a guest lecturer for your
	class, the department will cover the cost.
