SEMINAR GUIDELINES AND DEADLINES:

I.   Seminars received on Mondays and Tuesdays will be
     advertised on WEDNESDAY.
	*Dissertation seminars are required to be advertised 
	 AT LEAST one week, please see the CS graduate assistant
     for more information.

II.  Seminars received on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
     will be advertised on MONDAY.

III. A room must be reserved before filling-out an application 
     for advertisement.  Send e-mail to rooms.soda@hera.eecs 
     for Soda Hall room reservations and rooms.cory@hera.eecs 
     for Cory Hall rooms.

IV.  This file is available via Mosaic/Gopher.

There are 3 basic requirements in advertising a seminar:

1.  Seminar Application (copies are in 387 Soda - pink color)
OR  an on-line version is available via Mosaic/Gopher.

2.  If there are any equations, a hard copy of the abstract
    must be provided.
 
3.  An on-line copy of the abstract(text only, NO on-line macros)
    which needs to be incorporated with seminar form.
