KEY CONTROL AGREEMENT

KEY RULES
 I agree that:

 1) I will not lend or give any UCB key to anyone.
 2) I will report immediately the loss or theft of any issued UCB key
    to an authorized CS office administrator and to the UCB Police.
 3) These keys will be returned to the Division Office at 571 Evans Hall
    upon request or termination of my work in the Computer Science 
    Division or the Electronics Research Laboratory.
 4) I will not duplicate or allow anyone to duplicate any UCB key
    entrusted to me.
    * California law states that it is a misdemeanor to knowingly
      duplicate, attempt to duplicated, cause to duplicated, or have
      unauthorized possession, any key to a building owned, operated or
      controlled by the State of California (CPC 469).
    The failure to abide by the above agreement may result in the
    withholding of my final salary payment, degree or diploma, and/or
    transcript, pending my surrender or any outstanding UCB keys,
    regardless or other requirements which may have been fulfilled.
