They were generated the following way:

The cornea is represented by a function z= f(x,y), and the data was 
obtained by evaluating the functiona and its derivatives at several (x,y)
points. These points were taken at 0.1 mm steps along the meridians 
indicated (213, 115, 180, 270). They always include the origin (0,0).
