The software  provided  is an   experimental version  of    our  video
communication system.  Main contents:

   * fcp_send.c - the main program for the sender
   * fcp_view.c - the main program for the receiver
   * block_codec.c - the real-time image data compression library
   * comm.c - the protocol code library
